In addition to IBMs hillarious comercial some weeks ago, BSP published a couple of videos about the features of new Cognos 10, so if you are not a weak person, take a look at some pie-chart horrors in there. Homer will definitely love the donut chart...
Jokes aside, there was quite a bit of work put into... more alien-looking gauges, triangle-shaped column charts... animations in dashboards... all you would ever want to use to HIDE information...

Looks good! Also the declared 'completely new charting engine' sounds promissing. Apparently it is faster and less hard on the hardware resources. Hooray!
